The bed was spacious, the view was fantastic, and everything was clean, including the excellent bathrooms. The facilities were outstanding—I enjoyed one of the best Hammams there, and the indoor pool was both amazing and peaceful. As someone from Casablanca, it was refreshing to stay at this hotel and enjoy a different perspective. Maarif is always a great neighborhood for shopping, with the added benefit of being conveniently close to all the main sightseeing spots.
The lifts were a major hassle—we had to wait for ages, especially since the hotel was packed with corporate guests. Also, despite mentioning it was my honeymoon, nothing special was arranged in the room. The payment and deposit process was equally frustrating; the entire system felt chaotic. Dropping off at the hotel was challenging due to heavy traffic in the area, but the valet team was friendly and did their best to help.

In the past they use soap with wonderful smell of orange flowers they now use liquid soap which doesn’t have the smell of the previous one
